Marble Butter Cake & Kaya Swiss Roll @ Yut Kee Restaurant, Kuala Lumpur

Marble Butter Cake @ Yut Kee Restaurant
All my life I’ve known Yut Kee Restaurant as the kopitiam that produce SUPER DUPER delicious Marble Butter Cake and Kaya Swiss Roll. So when I read other blogs reviewing Yut Kee’s Roast Pork Roll, Pork Chop, etc… I had only 1 question mark hanging above my head…

“Is this the same Yut Kee Restaurant that sell the yummy Marble Butter Cake and Kaya Swiss Roll?”

Found out the answer is YES.

Ohmygod how come I didn’t know?

Me so ulu. Haha

I have my reason. Usually it was my dad who bought home the cakes. 😛

If you happen to pass along Jalan Dang Wangi do stop by at Yut Kee Restaurant for a quick ‘tapau’/takeaway of their famous cakes.

Smell of wonderful good old butter. I love the texture.
I wish I can bake cakes with this kind of texture.
Every once in awhile I daydream that I’m eating this butter cake. Haha
