The fact that Hong Kong is a food haven means looking for yummy eateries is so ‘kwai’ damn easy! Bumped into Yuen Kee Noodles Restaurant on our way to shopping on day 5 and just like that we had another delicious meal filled our hungry stomach to the brim.
From left to right: Dry noodle with fish ball soup, dry wan tan noodles and toast with egg and ham.
Love the wan tan and springy noodles. I also like the use of oyster sauce as the base for the noodles. Couple with some chili oil… the meal is outrageously good!
I think this place is famous for its beef brisket since I saw many ordering that. No beef for me unfortunately.
Total (3 dishes + 1 nai cha) is HK$94.00 (RM37.30).
This is just the right kind of meal on a cold morning. 🙂

The brown thick sauce on top of the noodles/veggies is hoisin or oyster sauce?
Oyster sauce. 🙂
