I love tuna on my sandwich and croissant. If I were to make tuna sandwich from scratch this will be it. It’s basically a no-brainer recipe because you simply make do with the ingredients’ quantity. Haha Some like their tuna very smooth by blending it but I like mine slightly chunky.

My Kind of Tuna Sandwich
1 can tuna, mashed
Oil from tuna can
1 large onions, sliced
Dash of pepper
1. Mashed 1 can of tuna with fork. If you prefer smoother texture, use a blender and pulse until the consistency you prefer. Remember to add oil from the tuna can.
2. Add cubed cucumber and sliced onions to the tuna, mayonnaise and mix well.
3. Chill before serving.
