in Quick & Easy, Sandwich

I received my blood test results few weeks ago. Haven’t done one in 3 years! My cholesterol result is not at a promising level. I kinda figured that out. :P With good food and plenty of choices around Klang Valley let alone from my very own kitchen, how can I resist the temptations ya?

Shitake Soy Sandwich

I figured I really need to change what I eat. How about this? Does this spell healthy?

This packet of Shitake Soy Burger was tempting me at an organic shop. Of course I bought it home.

Shitake Soy Burger in frozen form.
No added coloring – good
No added MSG – good
No added preservatives -good

Shitake Soy Burger

You can do so much with a burger. Doesn’t it looks meaty? Haha

Wholemeal Bread

I paired it with wholemeal bread with small slabs of butter to brown the surface on the pan.

I had sliced kyuri, big onions, grilled cherry tomatoes, grilled carrots and lettuce as the added vegetables.

My ’3 levels’ Shitake Soy Sandwich!
Go on and add a little bit of mayo and chili sauce.

There is no recipe for this. Just add whatever you like but make sure you don’t add a real meat burger. Try a vegetarian burger. It still taste heavenly. Hehe
